Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
All services provided will be outlined in a written estimate or contract. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing and may affect the timeline and cost.
2. Payments
A deposit is required before work begins. Progress payments are due as specified in the contract. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, delays due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any changes promptly.
4. Materials and Products
All materials will be specified and approved before ordering. Custom or special-order items may be non-refundable once ordered.
5. Site Access
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during work hours. Pets and valuables should be secured.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. A limited warranty covering labor is provided for 1 year from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used.
7. Liability
We are insured and take all reasonable precautions. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues or damage caused by unrelated third parties.
8. Cancellations
Clients may cancel in writing prior to work commencing. Deposits may be partially refundable depending on the status of materials and planning.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in good faith and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
