Refund Policy

At Beans Remodeling, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom nature of remodeling services, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

• Cancellations: If a project is canceled before work begins and no materials have been ordered, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and planning fees.

• Completed Work: Refunds are not issued for completed work. However, if there are issues with workmanship, we are committed to resolving them promptly under our service warranty.

• Custom Orders: No refunds on custom-made materials once approved and ordered.
